A new kind of court in Navratilova's future

Martina Navratilova is suing the sponsor of a credit card directly marketed to gays and lesbians, saying it continues to use her name and likeness despite her requesting them to stop.

It seems Martina wants to focus time on some of her other marketing partnerships, such as this upcoming campaign:

Martina and lingerie...it's genius.
