LOGO: Don't be countin' on the Wildmon household for ratings

by Jeremy Hooper

logoWe've been waiting for the "pro-family players" to comment on LOGO, the new gay network from the folks at MTV. Their silence on the impending launch was refreshing, though a bit disconcerting.

Well American Family Association President Tim Wildmon has broken the deafening silence, issuing a warning to parents about the "deviant sexual content" he claims will be airing on the new Viacom venture. Wildom tells CNSNews:

"I don't think most parents want their children flipping channels on their way to the Cartoon Network and running across a scene of two men kissing in bed on the Logo network. Most of us have enough to explain to our children nowadays."

Wildmon's comments lead us to one conclusion: He obviously hasn't been watching Cartoon Network lately, as they too have seen the light of homosexual acceptance. Just look at this screen cap:

It's about time those two broke that sexual tension!

LOGO doesn't launch until June 30, so you can be sure the "pro-family players" are gonna have lots more to say before the first gay-friendly show even airs. We'll keep ya posted!
