Tony Soltani: I'm just gonna ignore the homo

by Jeremy Hooper

New Hampshire Rep. Tony Soltani (pic.), chairman of the state's commission to examine all aspects of homo-gay marriage, has refused to recognize an openly-gay appointee at the panel's last two meetings.

Democrat Raymond Buckley, the 'mo being ignored, was appointed to the panel by Gov. John Lynch as a replacement for former Gov. Craig Benson's GOP appointee, Bryan Gould. Soltani claims that Gov. Lynch has broken the law in appointing Buckley, even though the state Attorney General has deemed that Lynch's actions are totally legal.

Perhaps Mr. Soltani, who has voiced opposition to gay marriage in the past, fears that if a 'mo is on a panel to discuss 'mo marriage, then the committee will not be free to pepper their discussions with the usual 'fag jokes' of which they've grown so accustomed.

Bully.
