Nebraska update

   So Nebraska, whaddya know? You woke up yesterday to word that an anti-discrimination bill had failed, and went to bed with your state's marriage ban declared unconstitutional.

In like a lion, out like a lamb.

Of course yesterday's ruling is going to be appealed, and Judge Joseph Bataillon will be branded with the "activist" label; but for now -- let's just enjoy the win.
