Carl Everett "doesn't believe in being gay," though apparently fine with being controversial

According to the Chicago Tribune, White Sox player Carl Everett says in an interview for the July edition of Maxim magazine, that:

"Gays being gay is wrong. Two women can't produce a baby, two men can't produce a baby, so it's not how it's supposed to be. ... I don't believe in gay marriages. I don't believe in being gay."

Everett also says in the interview that "they need to implode Wrigley [Field]," his home park, and that "99 percent of baseball fans don't know what they're watching."

"Carl Everett, you've successfully alienated gays, your workplace, and those who justify your occupation. What are you gonna do now?"

"I'm going to piss off Disney World!"
