Mitt purchases first class ticket on marriage-banning gravy train

by Jeremy Hooper

Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney formally stated today that he will support a proposed amendment that will ban both gay marriage and civil unions.

However, we're hearing that Romney's support is not due to homophobia, but rather the fear that if his state's gays continue to marry and society continues to not come to an apocalyptic halt, then countless "pro-family" types will be rendered useless. Unemployment's already a problem, and the skill of "masking fiery discrimination behind a veil of false compassion" is simply not as marketable as it once was.

When Governor, one must think of all of one's hetero citizens.
