During pee breaks this year, new UCC ad as unlikely to be airing as last

It appears that the broadcast networks will again reject a gay-accepting ad from the United Church of Christ, with the "advocacy" nature of the spot cited as the most popular reason for the rebuff. UCC president Ron Buford tells the AP that in order for the ad to be deemed acceptable, CBS executives "said that it would have to become commonplace across the United States for churches to welcome gays and lesbians." Ah, one can dream.

Meanwhile, despite a lack of nationwide acceptance for boners, Viagra/Cialis/various wiener pill commercials will march on undeterred.
