Spokane Bishop denounces gay witch hunt; gay witches relieved
Writing in his diocesan newspaper last week, Spokane Bishop William Skylstad (pic.), president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, stated that "witch hunts and gay bashing have no place in the church," and asserted his belief that "There are many wonderful and excellent priests in the church who have a gay orientation, are chaste and celibate and are very effective ministers of the Gospel."
Consequently, the Pope sent Spokane Knight Equine McHorseface (pic.) on an L-shaped mission to capture the gay-friendly Bishop.
