St Joseph-based mourners free to grieve in Westboro-less peace

The city council of St. Joseph, Missouri, has passed an ordinance banning the Westboro Baptist Church from protesting at funerals in the area.

So far there's been no response from Westboro, though we're sure "God will be hating" the fair town by lunchtime.
