Takei boldly goes where Stuttering John has gone before

Today on his first Sirius satellite radio broadcast, Howard Stern introduced former "Star Trek" star and current homosexual George Takei as his announcer. According to the AP, after this premiere week of shows, Takei "will record segments of the show but will not be in the studio."

No word if any of Takei's former co-stars will make the trek to Howard's studio in the upcoming weeks, though we do hear that Nichelle Nichols has scheduled a bikini wax, just in case.

Live long and prosper, FCC-less Howard.
