'The Book of Daniel' : A different kind of 'hit'

The manager and program director of Little Rock, Arkansas's WB affiliate, WB 42, have reportedly received death threats due to their decision to air the NBC program "The Book of Daniel." The WB station chose to show the dramedy, which features a few gay characters, after NBC affiliate KARK bowed to "pro-family" pressure and shelved last Friday's two hour premiere.

We're unclear as to why folks upset with the program can't just use a remote instead of a gun to express their antipathy; once we get fitted for our bulletproof vest, we'll unlock all twenty-six of our locks and see if our security guard knows.
