VA AG offers 2 cents on LGBT =ity

   Virginia's Attorney General Bob McDonnell (pic.) has issued an opinion that nondiscrimination policies ensuring equal state employment rights for gays (such as the one currently in place in Virginia) are unconstitutional.

In a related story, we just issued an opinion that he's very, very wrong. Guess we'll have to just agree to disagree, right Bobby?
