No joint tax returns for NY gays; bong and bowl returns also disallowed
Due to the illegality of same-sex marriage in the Empire State, NY-based gay couples who marry in locales where queer nups are allowed still can't file joint state tax returns, this according to Lambda Legal.
Due to the "Wow -- big shocker!" reaction he had while reading Lambda Legal's press release, this NY-based gay, coupled writer will now feign surprise:
