Report: July outed by IFC
The good folks at the Independent Film Channel have announced that they'll declare July "Queer Month," with plans to air an original documentary called "Fabulous! The Story of Queer Cinema" on July 16, and show a gay-themed double feature every Sunday throughout the month.
Keeping with the tone of the month, we hear the net will also temporarily change its logo and slogan from:

Considering the circum...stances, it would seem more inclusive.
No word if any anti-gays will try and counter IFC's programming; however, we do hear the "700 Club" might declare August to be "Smear the Queer Month." Keep an eye out for that.
