KY Supremes deny lesbian de-facto rights

   Despite the fact that she was the primary breadwinner while in a relationship with the girl's adopted mother, the Kentucky Supreme Court unanimously ruled today that a lesbian woman, Teresa Davis, does not have visitation rights to her former partner's adopted 9-year-old child.
