Courtin' for gay courtin': ACLU & Lambda keep Nebraska fight alive

   The ACLU and Lambda Legal have filed a motion asking a federal appeals court to reconsider the July 14 ruling that reinstated Nebraska's previously overturned, ultra-limiting constitutional marriage ban.

Not to be outdone, we're asking everyone everywhere to reconsider their interpretations of "equal protection under the law," "freedom from discrimination," and "civil liberties."
