Elton gives thanks for utensil o' affection
A Welsh businessman, Christopher Smith, is all kinds of excited because Sir Elton John and David Furnish have written personally to thank him for the handmade, gay-centric lovespoon that he sent to the couple as a wedding gift last December:

Though in unhappier news, we're still totally pissed that our gift of a lovespork...
...received nary a thank you. Rude.
For those who don't know, a lovespoon is a traditional Welsh wedding gift; not to be confused with the worldwide marriage custom of couples forking on their wedding night.
