Coulter seeking tales of heterosexual promiscuity; Nelly Furtado's summer hit must have fallen on deaf ears

Defending her "gays are promiscuous" claims of recent, Ann Coulter reportedly said on a recent edition of CNBC's "Kudlow and Co.":

COULTER: Wait. Where are all those heterosexual bathhouses? I must have missed that period of the '70s.

...and:

COULTER: ...We don't have heterosexual bathhouses. It's well known.

To which we say: Well Ann, guess you also missed the HBO series "Cathouse"...

Picture 4-4

...which follows the Moonlite Bunny Branch, a Nevada-based heterosexual brothel. The above clip would be..let's see, I think that's...oh yea, that's the part where the guys who have paid to have sex choose with which female they'd like to experience the aforementioned intercourse. Always a highlight, that scene.

Oh, and if you want to go back to the 70's, we can talk about Plato's Retreat, a heterosexual sex club that opened in 1977 in the same NYC building that originally housed gay bathhouse, the Continental Baths. Though it later moved to another Upper West Side location, the club survived in NYC until 1985, and still operates a location in Fort Lauderale, Florida. Delighting hetero swingers to this day, that club.

Not to mention 70's "key parties," which are, by most all accounts, a primarily heterosexual bit of 70's nostalgia. Or Studio 54, where the retro tales of carnal delight far transcend the lines of sexuality.

The point is that if you want to find promiscuity, you can find it in any sect of the population. It was true in the 70's; it's true now. We've also postulated some theories as to why there very well could be a higher rate of promiscuity in the homosexual world. But bathhouse culture is EXTREMELY nichey. To present it as if it's a definitive characteristic of homo life is as flawed an action as choosing the one bunny at the Moonlite Ranch who warns you that her jaw has a way of biting down when she gets too excited.
