Conservative Episcopal leader: Flee before the gay-friendliness permeates your brain

by Jeremy Hooper

Picture 10-13Responding to the gay-welcoming views of incoming ECUSA leader Bishop Katharine Jefferts-Schori's, Canon David Anderson (pic.) of the conservative, gay-unwelcoming Episcopal group the American Anglican Council suggests to Agape Press that mainline Episcopalians...

"...need to run, not walk, to the exit and find an orthodox Episcopal church."

Though personally we think it's just a test so that the gay-unfriendly Episcopals can weed out the ones who ask: "Ooh, fun -- but can we also skip?"

Obviously.

It's unclear why Mr. Anderson must continue to foster an environment where gays feel they MUST run, not walk FROM the church in order to avoid the pitchfork and torch wielding-mobs. Though we'd imagine it has something to do with him not wanting the grooming/fashion bar raised to levels simply unobtainable by mere heterosexuals.

Again, obviously.
