Was cop outed b/c she's not an 'out' cop, or is that just a cop out?

A former LAPD officer, Cindy Perez, is suing the department, claiming she was discriminated against because she's a heterosexual, and that the discrimination ultimately led her to be "John Kerried" from the force.

So what's "John Kerried," you ask? Definition: When one is prevented from doing their dream job because they didn't lick Bush.

Whatever that even means.
