Hawaii says aloha (the 'bye' form) not aloha (the 'hi' form) to civil unions

 Good As You Images HiProposed legislation that would've brought civil unions to the Aloha State seems to be dead on arrival, due to Hawaii lawmakers' failure to vote on the measure at yesterday's House Judiciary Committee hearing.

True to form, we hear the dead bill will be disposed of in the same manner as its hetero-centric legislative peers, yet in separate (but almost equal) trash can.
