New Jersey, Old Discriminatory Strategy

by Jeremy Hooper

Good As You Images Newjersey-2As Jersey gears up to enact same-sex civil unions next week, an anti-gay group working under the moniker "The New Jersey Coalition to Preserve and Protect Marriage" today launched a petition drive to try and amend the state's constitution to ban gay marriage.

Of course they did.

Consequently, we hear the "New Jersey Dept. Of Non-Duplicitous Organizational Names" will tomorrow launch their own petition to try and have the word "Inequality" legally foisted onto the end of the marriage-banning group's title.
