Video: Fred eschews rattle or bib for videotaped 'Welcome to world' gift

by Jeremy Hooper

There are some things that we have to acknowledge, no matter how much we'd rather drink not. This latest video from Fred Phelps is just one of those things:

Wow, usually one has to be at least a week old before Fred starts condemning them with words like "bastard." This Samuel David Cheney vilification just might set some sort of a new record! ::sigh:: If only Guiness tracked such things.

It remains to be seen if the Cheneys will dignify Fred's words with a response. Though we do hear Dick has invited Phelps to go hunting.

**Fashion note: We see Fred's sticking with the red undershirt.

Your thoughts

Quit giving this maniac the coverage that he so desperately wants... if no one reported on Fred Phelps he would fade into oblivion where he belongs.

James: That's one theory. Another is that by exposing their lunacy, we are simply connecting the dots about how severe gay hate can get. We have made the editorial choice to follow the latter.
