Video: Another 'ex-gay' non-success story

by Jeremy Hooper

Peter Toscano of the Beyond Ex Gay group has traveled to Madrid to meet with Jose Luis Maccarone, a man who formerly served as a pro-"ex-gay" missionary with Exodus International. But now, after living ten years as a re-closeted gay man, Maccarone is back out as a gay man ready to share his experiences with the dangerously deceptive "ex-gay" movement. Have a look:

Nothing really to add on this, other than that we're glad Mr. Maccarone has found his way back "out." Now if only we could make everyone realize that "ex-gay" is truly not "in."

Your thoughts

I love how they try and separate themselves from anyone who uses to be involved with them. As if, "this was some one else screw up, not ours!" Yet again another account of the ex-gay movement not being able to live up to their legacy of lies and failures.
