Leave Steve out of this!

by Jeremy Hooper

Adam:Steve

Attention all who oppose gay rights: Regardless of what seems to be popular "pro-family" belief, you kids are not being clever or in any way persuasive when you say of gays, "it was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve." Despite the easy way in which its rhythmic cadence so readily flows from the tongue, it is a beyond ridiculous line of thought! From this point forward when we hear such reasoning, we are simply going to respond:

"Well, while she may not have been Adam & Steve's fag hag, Eve was acquainted with a serpent that spoke and told her to eat some fruit. Maybe that could be a possible scenario in 2007 America, but so far all of the slithery creatures we've encountered have confined their dialogue to a mere "hiiisssss." So until our garden snake says to us, 'Yo dude, have you tried the kiwi?' we are going to refrain from culling our knowledge of what does and does not exist in the animal kingdom solely from this particular Genesis story, and instead pull our data from the reality of the world around us!"

Thank you for your time.
