Hrct-1 If ever there was a group in need of a trans-formation, its HRC. After months of community discontent over what was perceived as HRC's wavering stance on a non-inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act, transgender activists Jamison Green And Donna Rose yesterday resigned from HRC's business council:
