Photos: A parade of Claudia's thespian pride
Remember Claudia Contrada, the 17-year-old daughter of Mass Resistance's Amy Contrada who (on her own free will) came out as a lesbian and was subsequently pulled from her high school (while her mother and MR cohorts revealed uber-private details about her life)? Well, we have just stumbled upon some pictures from the beautiful and seemingly happy teen's recent appearance in The Laramie Project that we wanted to share with you:
We wanted to show you these as a reminder of what is known regarding young Cludia's situation. That is: an actual human being appeared in a pro-gay play that her mother VEHEMENTLY protested, came out as a lesbian, caught national attention, and then completely disappeared from the scene. We don't know any more details and have no way of knowing where Claudia is and whether or not she is happy. We have heard she's now at a boarding school, and we aren't going to make any further suppositions about her whereabouts. If and when she wants to talk further, Claudia knows where to turn. But in the meantime, we do think it's important that the gay people who are so frequently condemned by Claudia's mother keep the younger Contrada in their thoughts.

**UPDATE, 11/30: Someone has posted under Claudia's screen name to a Facebook support group that has been created in support of her. In said posy, they call us "nasty" and say we "lie." We aren't going to speculate about who is accessing Claudia's account, but we imagine you can come up with your own ideas.
