'Blade' reporter attends Pete's presser; lives to tell tale

Good As You Images PetescreenWe finally have our first firsthand account from the lil' press conference that Peter LaBarbera held today in DC. Washington Blade reporter Rebecca Armendariz was on site to witness the Folsom Street Fair "expose" (and even shake Pete and Matt Barber's hands); read her account below:

'Exposing' the Folsom Street Fair [Blade Blog]

No word on how many were in attendance (either the actual number or the one that will be claimed). Though we do hear a rumor that even a reporter from the Far Right Fringe Monthly was too worried about his credibility to cover it.

**UPDATE: We have it on good authority that there were no more than ten people at the press conference (including Pete, Matt, and the PFOX speaker).

**UPDATE2: Pete somehow got himself booked on "Hannity & Colmes." Watch Colmes give an appropriately annoyed response at even having to dignify Peter's nonsense, while Hannity swallows and recites Pete's talking points:

And what's with all of this Nancy Pelosi nonsense? Clearly it's an attempt to bash someone who serves as one of the Democratic party's most public faces. But can't Pete see how unhinged it makes him look to pile on to this one specific, nationally-focused person for this one specific, local event (one of the thousands upon thousands that take place in this city every day)?

Thanks for posting the segment on H&C. I watched this last night, and actually saw Babs "live" for the first time - gaydar went off big time.
