MassResistance: Raising the bar on mature photo labeling

by Jeremy Hooper

Remember yesterday when we had a little fun with the labels that a Concerned Women For America staffer chose for a certain video clip? Well today we turn our attention to the anti-gay activists at MassResistance and their labels for some photos that they've posted to highlight a story.

For a photo outside of a courthouse, they use the appropriate and straightforward name:

Picture 4-100

For a photo of people carrying signs outside of the courthouse and another of plaintiffs standing in the lobby of the courthouse, they use these two labels:

Picture 6-97

Both perfectly fine and dandy. But then comes an image set featuring a photographer and reporter from the local gay newspaper, Bay Windows. On their site, MassResistance says of these photos:

Alright, fair enough. Ao the image names will of course be something along the lines of "photographer" and "reporter", right? Well, let's look. For the photographer, we have this:

But for the reporter. Well, the reporter gets this treatment:

LOL! It seems they were just so PISSED at the reporter for reporting, that they had to take their frustrations out via his photo's name. TAKE THAT, reporter -- you're a weasel! We got you! Nanny, nanny boo boo!

Guess we're just lucky that the photog wasn't deemed "Harlotwithazoomlens"!
