Has the Barber been cut?

by Jeremy Hooper

200802121312Immediately after his unhinged MRSA attacks, we realized that Matt Barber's writing virtually disappeared from the Concerned Women For America's website. Then we noticed that his regular chat partner Martha Kleder had broken usual form and recorded some audio pieces without him. Now if you go to CWA's main page, you will find that almost all presence of Matt is missing, which is bizarre considering that over the past few years, he has been the organization's most prominent voice.

So what's the deal? Does bashing gays come with a paid vacation that Matt is currently enjoying? Or was his gun-jumping attempt to demonize gays for a skin-transmittable bacteria the straw that broke the Concerned Camel for America's Brokeback-detesting back? If anyone has insider info, please let us know.

**UPDATE, 2/13: False alarm. Matt's penned a new piece in which he's still identified as a CWA employee.
