Logo drags Ru back into spotlight

Picture 2-148Get out your hair pieces, duct tape, and panty hose filled with birdseed, reality TV wannabes. For the Logo network has given the greenlight to "Rupaul's Drag Race," a competition show in which the most famous of all female impersonators will search for "America's next superstar drag queen." The Rupaul show is expected to premiere in early 2009. Although we actually think we're going to beat Logo to the punch, as we're hoping to get our own, similar show on air by fall:

Looks fun, right? Yea, while we expect our show to only connect with around 1% of the polling public, we predict its supporters are going to be absolutely fanatical (especially when it comes to the contestant who goes by the name of Libby Terian).
