Wow, it doesn't look a day over 100!
Via a wonderful little piece on the semantics behind our love lives, our pal Jim Burroway has informed us that today is the 140th birthday of the term "homosexuality":

In lieu of presents, the term is asking that everyone give it the gift of shutting the f**k up about its supposedly controversial existence.
