Expectation: Gay weddings will cause a (non-apocalyptic) boom

200806110924The social conservatives may sound like a broken record crying about how the gays are going to destroy marriage. For some folks in California, however, the impending gay wedding boom is being seen as a greatly anticipated positive. In fact, it's being billed as the much needed economic windfall that's could keep many a wedding band and cater waiter afloat.
