Tony Perkins has priorities firmly in order
For a piece that he (or his ghostwriter) has written on the Massachusetts' Senate's vote to repeal the 1913 law that's prevented out-of-state gay from marrying in the Bay State, the Family Research Council's Tony Perkins has decided the following headline to be an appropriate fit:
Seems a bit hyperbolic, right?
Although on second thought, maybe we actually agree fully with Tony's choice of words. After all, if the early 21st century has taught us anything, it's that if a self-professed social conservative talks about the threat being posed by WMDs, it's usually bullshit!

My favorite quote from this whole Mass. vote to repeal came from CWA's Mass. state director Tammy Mosher who said "This is a sad day for Massachusetts and the nation when activists can overturn a law which even the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court has said is constitutional.”
See, when the Supreme Court of (insert appropriate state name here) does something they don't like they speak of them as "black robed unelected judges" but when the elected legislature does something they don't like they point to the Supreme Court of (insert appropriate state name here)to justify their bias while decrying the legislature as "activists"
These people have truly mastered the art of double-speak!

Really? Did you notice the tons of uranium recently removed from Iraq? The stuff Saddam wanted to use to make a bomb?
