Always nice to see Rick make a reappearance. But you know what we really can't wait for? The "Bush era footnotes" ice capades that's scheduled to tour sometime around 2013! Rick and Rumseld are said to already be prepping a pairs program that will blow your mind even more than the NSA scandal, Terry Schiavo controversy, and Katrina mismanagement combined!
