Place your Bettes bets

by Jeremy Hooper

200808291549Do you wanna support equality and international human rights while also satisfying your Alice Pieszecki addiction? Well your in luck, Leisha Hailey-minded lovers of social justice, for the Equality Now organization has announced an endeavor that allows for both. Between now and September 3, you can bid on a chance to win a walk-on role for the final season of "The L Word" (which is currently filming in Vancouver), with all of the proceeds going towards Equality Now's work to end violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world:

Bid to win a walk-on role on “The L Word®”! [Equality Now]

And you don't even have to say whether bettering the world or running into Rachel Shelley at the craft services table is your greater impetus. Just go and bid.
