Cute. And since exposure is the key, this is truly one of the best anti-Proposition 8 tools our side has to offer. Even those in Ellen's audience who don't personally know a married gay couple now do know a married gay couple. They get to see same-sex unions for what they are: Bonds of love, just like those shared between heterosexual couples. And this benign portrait of a non-controversial coupling does more to diffuse the hyperbolic attacks that our opposition insists on waging against our unions than even the most well-financed of ad campaigns.
