VALUES VOTERS 2008: Kinda like the Razzies, but with 97% more intolerance

200809120939-1-1To close out their first night of value voteriness, the folks at Family Research Council tried their hand at comedy by presenting a series of dubious honors to "runaway judicial activists." Unfortunately for FRC, however, exalting majority tyranny above equal protection under the law is just not that funny of a concept. In fact, it's quite maddening:

Oh, but they aren't going to let reasoned decision take hold without a fight. No, no -- this mob is going to grab their torches and pitchforks and stop the non-controversial, non-society-destroyng, non-child-harming, thoroughly CIVIL marriages that have peacefully been taking place in the Golden State for the last few months:
