Good As You Images Good As You Images Future-Grant-Projects Projects Seatosea Ny-Map 1-1-1 Here in New York, we gay folk currently have our out-of-state marriages recognized by our state government. But today our opposition, led by the uber-anti-gay Alliance Defense Fund, are again trying to put the kibosh on the parity, with the queer-hostile set taking their case to a midlevel state appeals court:

Geez, folks, if you want out of our destination weddings, just say so. Cite the bad economy and high cost of flying. Make an excuse about not being able to leave work. Hell, considering the per-head cost of our extravagant soirees, we might even thank you for declining the invite. But seeking a court injunction rather than simply RSVPing "no"?! Well that's just callous!
