Papers of historical record distance selves from inevitable pockmark

200810301531How many newspapers have officially come out against Proposition 8? Fifty-eight

How many have endorsed the nasty prop? Two. Yes, just the two.

The fantastic Box Turtle Bulletin has rounded them all up:

Smart peeps, those editors. And it's a double win for liberals, since the shut out will surely lead many social conservatives to start recycling. Now, that may only be in hopes that the evil papers will come back as nice, upstanding church bulletins. But hey, whatever works.

Your thoughts

Even the San Diego and Orange County papers endorsed the No on 8 cause.

8 is wrong overall, no matter what region of the state you are from, Republican or Democratic, Straight or gay its just wrong.

Yep....mine is there... although the Paradise Post is up the hill ...They are a 7th Day Adventist town.
