Super-important campaign enters final weeks

by Jeremy Hooper

As we cruise towards the first week of November, the campaign is really heating up. And by "the campaign," we're of course talking about -- the attempt to keep rabidly anti-gay Dr. James Dobson out of the National Radio Hall of Fame. Naturally. What the heck else could we possibly be talking about?

Here now, a video and a post that the folks at GLAAD have cobbled together in opposition to this particular Jimmy entering into these particular annals:

Make Your Voice Heard - Dobson & The Radio Hall of Fame [GLAAD Blog]

If you feel passionately about keeping a man who fights daily against peaceful gay acceptance from receiving an award of excellence, then go visit the the above link, as well as the one for Wayne Besen's "Dump Dobson" site:

Dump Dobson

And if you're really passionate, be sure to send all fourteen of your spouses as well.

**Our earlier takes on this matter:

Weak Dobson defense of the day: He's only been anti-gay some of the time [8/1]

Audio: Hall inductee hauls buttload of bias [7/21]

Audio: Stern just (not) glad to be nominated (at all) [7/21]

Dobson to enter annals [7/18]

Wayne's clearly hit a nerve, whether they admit it or not [7/11]

Wayne to radio types: A James-free Hall is a Shame-free Hall [7/09]
