Audio: Pur-Sioux-ing inequality

200901090947With his state on the cusp of possibly legalizing marriage equality, Sioux City, IA, councilman Brent Hoffman has been waging an anti-gay crusade over the past year or so. Now in this sit-down chat with the Concerned Women For America, Hoffman clarifies why he thinks personal faith views are suitable basis for denying equality, why majority tyranny should trump minority civil rights, and why clobbering gay people is a nice and moral thing to do. And of course in doing so, he also shows why his elected office is one towards which gay constituents should show the same lack of respect that he has demonstrated towards their lives. Listen in:
