While we are stuck here in cold NYC listening to Peggy Noonan explain the fine nuances of presidential speech writing to Matt and Meredith, fellow Gothamites Andy Towle and Corey Johnson are in chilly-but-energized D.C., chatting with some of the luminaries who are one hand to usher in prez 44.
