Another day, another post-Bush era soul cleanse
Yesterday in Fort Lauderdale, FL, anti-gay mayor Jim Naugle was term-limited out of office, ushering in a seemingly gay-positive Democratic successor, Jack Seiler. Joe.My.God. has more:

There's no word as to what Naugle, who notoriously partnered with extreme anti-gay activists in his campaigns against public sex, will do now that he's out of office. Though if any American city would like to draw in gay tourists, they should hire the former mayor as tourism director -- of their nearest competitor.
