Thanks to the magic pen of Dustin Lance Black, and the acting of Sean Penn (I knew Harvey Milk... and Sean was Harvey Milk!) the "Milk" movie is a winner, with or without winning Oscars, because it introduced Harvey Milk, and that era in San Francisco gay rights to millions and millions of people, of all ages, gay and straight, here in America and around the world.
