Audio: 'Dikes' on mics
Principal Limbaugh presiding over GOP junior high:
Oh Rush. Making light of a regional disaster by making fun of a community that you politically oppose. Classy.
Plus it's not just glib, juvenile takes on their flooding that should annoy North Dakotans. There's also the danger that his act will lead local repairmen to mistake him for a tool.
