Video: And if I'm wrong, then it's only innocent gay lives I've destroyed
Our political opponents constantly accuse of us "indoctrination" because we have the nerve to suggest that we are decent human beings who deserve a fair shake. But of course on gay issues, there's no proselytizing more blatant than that which is espoused by the science-shunning "Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve" crowd. Proselytizing like the following, which comes to us from Mobile, Alabama's Rev. Kevin Cooley:
Yea, you wish you had more time to discuss this "big topic," Rev. Cooley? Why, so you could continue to tell us all the various and sundry ways that you overlook scientific study and the reality of the world's landscape so that they can conveniently fit within your moral purview? So you could remember some of the other convenient talking points that have been cleverly crafted by the "pro-family" community's stable of supposed experts? Perhaps you need to tell us about Tom, Harry, and Dick, the other possible suiters that God passed over in order to grant Eve to Adam? Or maybe you have other ways you'd like to convince us that our childhoods were somehow out-of-whack, so that you can deny us not only of our biological realities but also our familial pasts?
Well thanks but no thanks, buddy. You had us (shaking our heads) at "original design." We just hope that the young LGBT people of your church have the wherewithal to find actual scientific advice, escaping the vice of your "ex-gay" ad.
Are people born gay? [YT]

I am really concerned and wondering what this persons credentials are. Anyway, here is a nice video in response.

Aside from ignoring science, and sound theological study that says the first humans (even IF they were created by God) were probably a group of "people", as well as this rev personally setting the the definition of "christian", did anyone else notice his overworked eyebrows? I mean, is he hosting the local drag bingo on saturday evenings?

And the one thing that these morons always conveniently overlook is that (if you believe the bible) Eve was made after Adam. And, the implication is that she was an afterthought. At best, that sounds to me like god didn't even consider the notion of "Eve" and thought that man (in the company of other men) was perfectly fine as he was.
And, no matter how you try to spin it, you can never (based on the bible) say that "Adam and Eve" was god's "perfect plan" because it's obvious that it was no better than the "second best plan".
Of course, that is just me being, you know, logical!

I think you're forgetting Lillith, the first woman.
