Even we're like, 'Yo, broaden your scope!'

by Jeremy Hooper

From falsely connecting pedophiles to inclusive hate crimes legislation to a video blogger dishonoring Harvey Milk's legacy with half-truths and flat-out lies, WorldNetDaily is simply obsessed us with us today:

Wow, 11 top stories meant to demonize the 'mos. A more and we'd need to call Guiness -- both the world records people, so as to record this obsessive milestone, and the beer people, so as to let us drink away the reaality that such anti-gayness still exists in the world!

Oooh, oooh! The Marketing of Evil ad at the bottom should be highlighted. That one's about us too!

I wonder why in "'gay'-marriage" it's the word gay that's in scare quotes. Do they concede that it's legitimate marriage, but now just think the people taking part aren't actually gay?

There's really not a lot of difference between World Net Daily and Weekly World News.

Hmm...someone should do a parody: "Weekly World Net Daily News" [sic].

Not only a record amount of anti-gayness, but a record amount of scare quotes! I now have a fantasy about sneaking into their offices and taking all the quote keys off their keyboards.

Gads! Joe Farah is really going 'round the bend with gay issues. I gave up on his site around the fall of 1999. I see I have missed his almost total immersion in his obsession.

I have to wonder if Joe The Mustache Farah is a closet case.

GreenEyedLilo, a keyboard macro that returns an exclamation point ! instead of scare quotes " would be funny!
