Video: 'So I'm not the bad guy'

Yesterday's Supreme Court ruling was procedural, and not a vote on same-sex marriage itself. And of course the same Supreme Court that upheld Prop 8 on procedural grounds is the exact same court that granted marriage equality in the first place. But despite those facts, it does not stop "Fox and Friends," and their fill-in cohost Carrie Prejean, from saying that the Supreme Court's ruling is "the same as" Miss California's uninformed marriage stance:

*And as Andy notes: "They were even dumb enough to post the photo of the one dissenting justice, Carlos Moreno, while talking about Chief Justice Ronald George"

*Oh, and one more thing: Ronald George, who wrote the initial equality-granting decision, did not say what they quote him as saying as if such is his own opinion. That quip that they put in his mouth is simply his citation of the Prop 8 text! DO YOUR HOMEWORK IF YOU WANT TO BE A JOURNALIST!

Homophobia is a sin like lying, stealing and murder. Usually, when a person's sin is pointed out, he/she becomes defensive and tries to dismiss it or justify it. In her case, Ms. Prejean does not like to hear the truth. Rather than working to conquer her sin, she continues to justify it and tries to recruit others into it. Homophobia is a sin, God hates sin, what does she not understand about "God hates sin?"
