Knight & G-A-Y

by Jeremy Hooper

They say:

Picture 14-84When traditional sexual morality is redefined as "discrimination and prejudice," the law will be used to criminalize biblical Christianity. Children will be taught in schools that God's plan for marriage and sexuality is merely a form of bigotry and that "trying out" homosexuality will be a rite of passage. The volunteer military will be shaken to its roots, putting recruitment and retention at risk.

The stakes are enormous for our churches, our nation, our children and grandchildren.

Speak now -- or forget about having peace in the future.

-Robert Knight [ONN]

We say:

Picture 3-220Nobody -- NOBODY! -- is seeking an end to the form of sexual morality that evangelicals refer to as "traditional." Nobody -- NOBODY! -- is seeking to criminalize biblical Christianity. The only time these become problematic is when they are used to discriminate or prejudge others.

Children will
hopefully be taught that gay people are part of reality, because the educational system works better when it actually educates.

The volunteer military will
hopefully have its exclusionary roots removed, as discrimination puts recruitment and retention at risk.

The stakes are enormous for our nation, as bias weakens it and its people in immeasurable ways.

We are speaking out now for our future -- because we are sick of the way you all have deprived us of peace in the past!

-Jeremy Hooper [G-A-Y]

Our dog says:

Picture 15-78Daddy, thank you for posting and refuting Robert Knight's nonsense. I didn't want my sizable morning poop to be the biggest load of crap that you tossed aside today.

-Bosley Hooper-Shulman [D-O-G]

Your thoughts

Several countries are far ahead of the US in gay rights, yet despite all their fearmongering the bigots have never provided a single example of this happening in Canada or some other country. Just one, it shouldnt be that hard with atleast 5 *I think* countries legalizing same-sex marriage surely they could find just one example of this christian persecution they harp on.

Robert Knight is a delusional liar.

That's cute.

The dog part. Not the Knight part.

Actually I'd love to see so called Christians persecuted again. I was a big fan of the Roman solution, turn them into cat food.

Penguinsaur: It has happen in the U.K & Canada but in both of those cases they don't have what we have in the US it's called The First Amendment - but of course evangelicals here in The States have use both cases to spread the lie that it could happen here and most of their followers are either too stupid or too lazy to realize that.
